Personal Assistant to Stuart Morris
Susan was born and bred in Timaru and made the move to North Canterbury with her husband in 2007 where she was employed by Harcourts Twiss Keir Rangiora as the Office Administrator. Real Estate was already in the blood with Susan’s Mum being a Real Estate Salesperson and her Dad a Business Broker so Susan was no stranger to the industry. Susan loved her new job and was soon well known for her precision, close attention to detail and high standards across all areas of the role. At the end of 2008, Susan took maternity leave to start a family and run the administrative side of their new business from home.
In 2014, she decided to return to work and rejoined Twiss Keir as a Personal Assistant. Susan began working with Stuart Morris at the beginning of June and loves the busy role and the environment that comes with it. Susan enjoys the added advantages of working with Stuart and values the commitment, responsibilities and dedication that Stuart also encompasses in his everyday life. Their “people first” values add a personal, friendly, “human” side to what they do and together they can ultimately offer increased experience, energy and enthusiasm to their clients.
Away from work, Susan can be seen at the local netball courts umpiring the premier division on a Saturday. Susan has umpired for 20 years now and once held her full New Zealand badge. She is also a keen netball player though finds umpiring a lot easier to fit into her schedule now that her son has started playing rugby. Cheering him on in his games is definitely a priority and a highlight of the week for the whole family! Susan also owns two beautiful golden retrievers and is currently competing with her youngest boy, Maverick, in obedience and breed championship shows. This takes a lot of patience, time and dedication but is well worth it when you work hard together as a team and achieve the results you are after … much like real estate!
Susan’s natural ability to communicate with people of all ages will benefit our clients as well as achieving the standard of professionalism we know you deserve and she looks forward to working with you soon.
