Availability at an all time high – “The proportion of frequent drug users who could purchase methamphetamine in one hour or less increased from 51% in 2011 to 76% in 2014” (Massey University Study).

Price at an all time low  – “$681 per gram in 2014, compared with $815 per gram in 2011” (Massey University Study).

Easier to manufacture – Easily hidden, highly mobile methamphetamine labs combined with the advent of offshore production are now having serious consequences.
